Abigail Dubiniecki is a GDPR Specialist at My Inhouse Lawyer where she advises clients seeking to benefit from the Digital Single Market and the CETA, by helping them navigate and operationalise compliance requirements, particularly in data protection/GDPR. Abigail also delivers executive education at Henley Business School’s GDPR Implementation Programme.
Abigail’s varied career has taken her to many parts of the world. She has lived in India, Mali, Kenya and Cambodia, and travelled extensively. Abigail began her legal career practicing commercial litigation in Montreal for an international law firm. She then moved to India, where she worked on various projects as an independent consultant for such clients as the LPO arm of a leading global law firm and the Canadian High Commission. She returned to Canada, where she helped design and deliver ADR training prior to joining the legal team of a Canadian Crown corporation in the AVSEC space, where she became the privacy and trade lead. Abigail is now based in the UK.
Christopher Staab, Co-Founder of the Loyalty Fraud Prevention Association, has been writing and speaking on the topic of loyalty fraud for the past several years. Formerly at the International Air Transport Association, he has subsequently worked with numerous stakeholders across the industry to understand their issues and concerns for loyalty fraud.
