Event Overview: 2016 saw the launch of the first Loyalty Fraud Prevention conference in London in November for executives from multiple industries responsible for fighting the growing menace of loyalty program fraud. In 2017, the Loyalty Fraud Prevention Association (LFPA) expanded offering two bi-annual conferences - the Spring event  was held in Atlanta in May. This Fall event in Brighton was the third Loyalty Fraud Prevention Conference, covering the latest best practices for stopping loyalty program frauds.

Event Theme - "Protecting Your Program and Customers": This event was focused on what you can positively do to get ahead of the fraudsters.  Understanding the Fraudster's Customer Journey will help you work better with the other departments like IT and Call Centres.  In turn that engages your customers to help them help themselves against fraud. Attendees were also able to meet and network with industry peers and best practice service providers to hear first-hand how to further protect loyalty programs from fraud.
